Students who are bullies may have problems in personal life that is why they express their problems negatively through bullying others. it could be that  they lack guidance and attention at home which is why they bully others. Possibly, they lack a proper role model at home which is why they result to violence. Regarding to those that are bullied, there two effects to what happens to them as it depends on his capability to cope up with the problem, its either either the degradation of self esteem and confidence or violent tendencies. If the student being bullied failed to cope up positively, that will be the result.
