Which client is easier to handle: the walk-in client or over-the-phone client?

WHICH CLIENT IS EASIER TO HANDLE: THE WALK-IN CLIENT OR OVER-THE-PHONE CLIENT?

The client which is easier to handle is the walk-in client. Why? Because you can see him/her personally while introducing your product. Thus,you can see his facial expression or body language it he/she is really satisfied with your product or service and if not,it is easy for you to do more improvement next time.

Also,because it is personal,it will not be difficult for you to explain the features of your product or services. And you can also use your social skills on how to deal on people with different personalities which you may not do on a phone call.

Also,if he/she likes your service or product,he/she may recommend it to his/her friend and relatives.Therefore,opens the oppurtunity to sell more. And it will not only inspire you but also your superior can easily observe your tecniques.

That is why,the walk-in client is more easier to handle because you can see their gestures personally,introduce the product easily and adjust to costumers personality by using your social ability.

So,keep in mind these three things when approaching a walk-in client.
